Friday Weigh-In: Yes I Can!

It was exactly four weeks ago that I joined Weight Watchers and decided to change my eating/exercise habits. And it was exactly four days ago that I wanted to jump off the Brooklyn Bridge after having a bad week.

I am happy to report that I have lost three pounds since Monday! This makes my first month's weight-loss total 17 pounds. I have to admit - even I am impressed.

Now I need to ramp up my exercise. I went to the gym once this week - and hope to go back tonight. Next week I hope to do better.

How did YOU guys do this week?

Great! We knew you could do it! Way to go! I haven't weighed yet on accurate scales but think I've lost a little more. I'll let you know next week.

Love you! Love your wagon! xoxoxoxox

The food poisoning, or allergic reaction to soy, probably helped me along the way...

Very proud of you!! You are going to be your very own Daddy of the Day soon.

Next week I go see a new doctor. Turns out my old doctor had me on a medication notorious for weight gain. WTH?? She's fired. Should stop taking it next week (don't fool around with Type2 drugs) and I'm so excited that FINALLY I will start to see results.

That is good news Mamie! When you go to the gym make sure your working out and not the papis. And start out slow at the gym and work your up slowly.

That is a major accomplishment. You're doing the best thing for yourself you ever could. Not the weight loss, but just taking care of yourself.

Go David! I lost 2.8 pounds this week, a total of 10 pounds since I started WW.

I feel a million times better and have a lot more energy. I can't wait to see how great I feel once I reach my 10% goal.
