um... did you use the html code or the photo/video uploader? i think (but am 100% not positive) if you copy and paste the html code for the animated gif into the "html" section of the post it will animate. if you need to create html code for the animation, upload it to photobucket.com; it automatically creates code and links for each uploaded item.
but, yeah, papi has a nice azz! =)~
You could also link us to the site where you found it so we can see him shake his thang!
I think Blogger changed the format of the original animated gif to a png, so it's just a still image now.
If you upload it to blogger the animations won't work. You need to host it on a service that works with animations like Flickr or photobucket.
