I Felt It In My Butt!

An earthquake measuring 3.4 on the Richter scale occurred this morning in Central Pennsylvania - near where I am currently staying with family.

I didn't feel anything at 12:01 AM this morning (I was dead asleep), but Robert Kreider of Mount Joy Township was in the bathtub when "I felt it in my butt. It vibrated".

Lucky bitch...

oh, dear..., lol at the choice of words, but then earthquakes are strange that way.
I've been in two, one when I was 8, in Vancouver, BC - I remember the deep rumbling noise and the glasses clinking in the cupboard.
The other one when I was 25 and it was associated with Mt. St. Helens getting ready to blow. I was on the phone to my Aunt in Seattle and she started hollering about an earthquake and then seconds later it hit Everett, 30 miles up I-5, where I was.

I lived in California for years and never, NEVER, felt an earthquake in my butt.
Now, I've felt the earth move.....but that's a different story.

OK, when I first came onto this page and it was loading, the title of this entry (no pun intended) was the only thing visible....cracked (again, no pun intended) me up and I just HAD to click on this one first!

Another well written, albeit short, snippet my dear Mr. Dust! :)

You are so great finding the appropriate pictures for your articles. You gifted thang you.

Only once have I ever felt an earthquake and simply didn't believe it...thought I had been correcting papers too long as everything in the room blurred and the house shaked. I called a neighbor to see if i was hallucinating...he said no, his whole family was answering the phone huddled on the couch. I think the pit in my stomach overrode any sensation in my butt.

Needless to say I have felt more earthquakes than I could even begin to count. If stuff isn't falling, then meh. But felt in the butt? Can't say I've experienced that. More like the Magic Fingers bed at some motel at best. 3.4 isn't really that much -- a couple of seconds unless you're right at the epicenter.

Oh, and Joy there are plenty of faultlines running through places like NY, PA, KY and TN. Just not as much activity out there as we get in CA.

Who knew that central PA got earthquakes? That guy who "felt it in his butt" is too much! Maybe he forgot he left that vibrating dildo in there.

i felt an earthquake once ... in NYC!!!!! it was only about 5.5 but i remember being awakened by it around 7 in the morning. i thought it was a big truck going by but i looked out and there was no traffic. later that day i saw in the news that there was an earthquake upstate and i thought, that's what it was...
